Our classically trained pastry chef, Noel Nugent, has more than 5 years experience creating decadent confections and custom cakes. Graduating from London’s Le Cordon Bleu to complete her patisserie training, Chef Nugent has established herself in the pinnacle of modern European professional baking. Having worked in several boutique bakeries, and since established her very own, Noel has refined her ability to create anything from macaroons to petit fours. Slated to return from Europe in Fall of 2023, Chef Noel Nugent and her exclusive Crème De La Crumb bakery will be ready to accommodate even the most imaginative of requests.
